Build a week of posts in one evening, without losing your voice
One evening, one Brand Kit, seven captions. How to go from a blank page to a full calendar without sounding like a robot.

The real bottleneck isn’t “write one post.” It’s writing seven, in the right tone, for four networks, without burning the weekend. Most creators we meet don’t lack ideas. They lack a queue: Monday inspiration shows up; by Thursday, WhatsApp ate the day.
Kanaux flips the order. You describe the brand once: voice, topics, forbidden words, visual references. Then Kanaux suggests captions and hooks, tailored to what each network expects. Everything stays editable. Nothing goes live without your approval. This isn’t “post for me.” It’s “give me a first draft I can fix in five minutes.”
The brief that changes everything
A prompt like “write me 7 Instagram posts” yields seven versions of the same cliché. A Brand Kit says: we talk like neighbors, never like a brochure; we avoid the word “disruptive”; we show the product in the street, not on a studio backdrop. With that context in place, drafts stop sounding generic.
If you can’t say in two sentences what you refuse to publish, no tool can do it for you.
Take twenty minutes on Sunday. List three topics for the week (an offer, a behind-the-scenes peek, a customer proof). Add one ban: no empty superlatives, no hashtag salad. That’s already more context than 90% of “magic” tools ever get.
One theme, several formats
Field tip: start with three LinkedIn posts and two Instagram Reels on the same theme. One brief, several formats. LinkedIn tolerates 1,200 characters and a professional hook. Instagram wants a line that stops the thumb, then a caption you can read silently on a bus. TikTok lives in the first three seconds.
- LinkedIn: one observation, one proof, one question. No streak of exclamation marks.
- Instagram: a hook line, then the detail. Hashtags, if any, at the end.
- TikTok / Reels: the spoken hook first. The caption is only a safety net.
- Facebook Page: longer, more conversational, a clear CTA to message or link.
Kanaux starts from the same draft and helps you adapt it. You stop copy-pasting with two words changed. You approve versions that already shifted length, tone, and CTA.
From studio to calendar
Then drag and drop. Scheduling is unlimited on the Free plan. What matters isn’t the slot quota, it’s keeping control of the final text. A scheduled post you didn’t reread isn’t a time save. It’s a reputation debt.
Block 45 minutes: generate, read aloud, reset timing (LinkedIn early weekday mornings, Reels late afternoon). If a caption sounds off, rewrite only the first sentence. Often the rest holds.
You don’t need a content factory. You need one well-framed evening, a brand kit, and a calendar you open on Monday without panic.
The brief, the tone, and publishing are described in the docs.
